How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed by 4pm will ship in 48 hours Monday – Wednesday. If an order is placed on Friday – Sunday, it will ship the following Tuesday.

Can my order be delivered? 

We deliver in the Atlanta area. 

Where can I pick up my order?

Pick up is available at Prep Kitchen, 3300 Marjan Dr, Atlanta, GA 30340.

Can I pickup anytime?

You may schedule a pickup on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-7pm or Monday-Friday  between 10am and 2pm or 4:30pm and 7pm. Failure to pickup within 30 minutes of pickup time may result in a rescheduled time. We work in a shared kithcen, not a brick and mortar store, therefore we are not always working from the kitchen at the time of your pickup.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship to physical addresses.

Do you accomodate special orders?

We understand that some customers may have an allergy to certain foods. We can make limited accomodations. Please contact us at 678.696.1191 to discuss your needs.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation requests are granted within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders are being prepared and cancellation is not possible. We do not offer refunds, however if there is an issue we may be able to offer a store credit. This is on a case by case basis.

May I exchange an order?

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue please let us know. We want you to enjoy your experience and dessert.
