We are pleased to announce we are offering nationwide shipping. Shipping is done Monday – Thursday only. All cheesecakes are shipped next day via UPS Next Day Air. Baked goods can be shipped using 2 day air or ground. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the package is shipped.
Please note that raw desserts have a 2 day turn around, however in some instances we may be able to ship the next day if in stock.
Orders received after 4 pm will not be prepared until the next day. baked desserts will be shipped within 24 hours if received before 4 pm.
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for resolution. Items lost or stolen cannot be refunded once delivered. If your order is lost due to the carrier, we will work with them to get a refund.
If your item arrives damaged please do the following:
1) take a picture of the damage. Be sure to take a picture of the entire area, including the damaged area.
2) take a picture of the packaging box. This should be done immediately upon opening your package. Upon reviewing the damage, we will offer a store credit. Photos should be sent to email@example.com.
Orders can only be canceled the same day placed. We begin preparing orders upon receipt. Once an order is in transit we cannot cancel.
