1/3 cup of almond milk or vegan milk of

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
Blend together in a food processor. Add more milk if necessary. Serve immediately or firm up in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana Bananas that have brown spots are much sweeter
- 1/2 cup Ground oats or oat flour Oats can be ground in a food processor
- 3-4 tbsp non-dairy milk I use unsweetened almond milk but any will do
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon This is completely optional. Fresh fruit is also great. I love blueberries!
Instructions
- Mash the banana into the oats, add milk, vanilla, and sea salt (add cinnamon if you choose). Mix by hand until smooth.
- Heat the skillet and add a non-stick spray such as olive oil or any oil of your choice
- Spoon batter onto skillet. Cook approximatey 3 minutes on each side
- Top with maple syrup
