SHIPPING

We are pleased to announce shipping for the state of Georgia. Please note that shipping is not available outside of Georgia. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday only.

Through trial and error, we have discovered the safest way to ship your desserts to you. All cakes and raw donuts are shipped frozen with dry ice in a styrofoam shipping container. This ensures items will arrive frozen, even in the summer heat. These items will be sent PRIORITY MAIL Most deliveries take 1-2 days; however, some may take as many as 3 days. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the package is shipped.  

Shipping and Returning Policies

All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for resolution. Items lost or stolen cannot be refunded once the package has been delivered. If your order is lost due to the carrier, we will work with them to get a refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please do the following:

*Take a picture of the damaged area. Be sure to take pictures of the entire item, and the damaged area.

*Take a picture of the packaging box

This should be done immediately after opening it. Upon reviewing the information, we will offer a store credit. Photos should be sent to thenakedbaratl@gmail.com

Orders can only be cancelled the same day placed. We begin preparing orders upon receipt. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel.
